Applications are invited for a research assistant to join the team of Dr Emmanouil Metzakopian, in the newly established UK Dementia Research Institute (UK DRI) Centre at the University of Cambridge, Cambridge Biomedical Campus, Cambridge UK to work on CRISPR screening and single cell analysis of iPSC-derived enteric neurons. The aim is to perform CRISPR-Cas9 genetic screens and cutting edge single cell sequencing of human iPSC-derived enteric neurons for identification of new therapeutic targets in Hirschsprung disease and Parkinson’s disease constipation.
